Warranty Service Coverage
All Huayee machines sold by Equipment Place LLC come with Huayee’s 3-year powertrain warranty, covering major powertrain components, along with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment.
Equipment Place LLC is an authorized Huayee dealer and handles warranty inspections, service coordination, and parts support on behalf of Huayee.
Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep your warranty intact, it’s important to stick to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. Fortunately, you aren’t limited to servicing your machine at the dealership—any certified repair shop, like your trusted local mechanic or a well-known chain such as Pep Boys or Firestone, can handle routine maintenance. Just be sure to keep records of services performed, as these may be requested if you ever need to file a warranty claim. Non-warranty services are entirely your choice and do not affect your warranty status.
Understanding Your Rights: Magnuson Moss Warranty Act
Your warranty coverage is backed by federal law under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act—a consumer protection law enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. This act ensures that written warranties, like the one provided with your Huayee machine, include:
Who is covered by the warranty
A clear description of what’s covered
The responsibilities of both the warrantor (Huayee/Equipment Place LLC) and the consumer
Where and how repairs or maintenance can be performed
Warranty expiration details
How disputes regarding warranty service can be resolved
This means you have the right to clear, easy-to-understand details about your coverage, and you’re protected when it comes to getting warranty service or resolving issues.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, snowstorms, hurricanes, war, or similar events
Failures caused by misuse, improper operation, or lack of required maintenance
Normal wear items and consumable parts
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Service After Warranty Period Expires
After the warranty period expires, all replacement parts and repairs become the responsibility of the customer. Equipment Place LLC can provide repair estimates upon request based on service needs.
