Warranty Service Coverage

All Huayee machines sold by Equipment Place LLC come with Huayee’s 3-year powertrain warranty, covering major powertrain components, along with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment.

Equipment Place LLC is an authorized Huayee dealer and handles warranty inspections, service coordination, and parts support on behalf of Huayee.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, snowstorms, hurricanes, war, or similar events

  • Failures caused by misuse, improper operation, or lack of required maintenance

  • Normal wear items and consumable parts

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

Service After Warranty Period Expires

After the warranty period expires, all replacement parts and repairs become the responsibility of the customer. Equipment Place LLC can provide repair estimates upon request based on service needs.
